The 1999 Golden Globe Awards
Nominees were announced on Thursday, December 17, 1998, at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California, by Elisabeth Shue, Dennis Quaid, Christina Applegate and Noah Wyle.
The 56th Golden Globe Awards were presented on Sunday, January 24, 1999. The actual event was held at the International Ballroom of the Beverly Hilton and NBC aired it on TV at 8pm.
